The women of Miqlat held a day of friendly sports competion on 12 April to get exercise and build a sense of teamwork among the women. Everyone had a good time.

Miqlat Women's Day - March 2010

Miqlat celebrated Women's Day with Dr. Ellen as the guest speaker. The celebration was simple yet very meaningful with the women sharing their testimonies of how they have lived a life of courage despite our society labeling them as secondary.

Also, hearing the beautiul voices of the Miqlat women, Dr. Ellen gifted us right away by giving us a guitar, so it was a very blessed day. We'd been praying for a guitar, and we finally got it in a very unexpected way. No wonder our God is a God of surprises!

Miqlat women sing beautifully, and it is our dream that one day God will avail opportunities for these women to lead in bigger conferences and meetings.
