Our Miqlat potlucks
The Miqlat family shares quite a lot of fun moments. Our work is demanding, tough and brain stroming, but we make a conscious effort to make time to have fun, relax, share, and encourage. We cannot wffort a very expensive outing, so we share our food and lives through potlucks. This is one such moment when we not only enjoy eating but also enjoy fellowshipping together.

The Miqlat-Nagaland ministry located in Dimapur is one of the branches under the Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) supported by the Nagaland Baptist Church Council Women's Department (NBCCWD). Miqlat-Nagaland came into existence to reach out to the down-trodden women of our Nagaland society's so called “sex workers”. We are in the process of expanding our Dimapur office's activities and programs to provide counseling to troubled women, weekly Friday gatherings of in-need women clients, free medical exams for in-need women, and other women's services. |

Support of Miqlat-Nagaland with your prayers and donations Since its inception in 2004, Miqlat-Nagaland has ministered to almost 300 women in Dimapur, but due to lack of staff resources, proper follow-up could not be done. This is hampering the growth of the Miqlat-Nagaland ministry, yet it's also challenging and motivating the spiritual growth of the Miqlat-Nagaland family and team. There are many things the Miqlat-Nagaland ministry aspires to do for its women clients, but again due to limited resources, we are finding it hard to expand our outreach to in-need women.
